Organised by Tudor Practice, Ley Hill, Four Oaks Medical Centre and Birmingham Community Healthcare. Refreshments provided by Stepping Stones.
In the past 3 months 300 of our patients failed to attend booked appointments, totalling to 62.5 hours’ worth of clinicians time.
100 of those appointments were with Doctors and over 200 were with our Practice nurses.
In total, 35 hours’ worth of nurses appointments were wasted in the last 3 months alone, which could have been used for an extra;
If you can no longer attend your appointment please telephone reception as soon as possible to cancel it so that we are able to offer your appointment to another patient

To access your details, order repeat prescriptions and book appointments online please complete the Internet access registration form and return it to the Surgery. You will then be contacted with the necessary log in details.
